“If I can inspire anybody to follow their dreams however many times you’re told no then that’s my job done,” says VB to VOGUE Poland. VB has long said she created her eponymous beauty and fashion labels to empower women and make them feel like the best version of themselves and in this latest interview, VB explains why it’s so important for that message to reach everyone. “We all have a responsibility. If you are famous and you can use that for a good cause, use your voice in a positive way, then I think that fame is great.”

Inside the issue, VB was photographed by Alexi Lubormirski and styled by Daniela Agnelli wearing pieces from her pre-spring summer 2020 collection. “While there are allusions to the louche attitude and energy of the 1970s, it’s brought together into my modern feminine alphabet of dressing for now through lightness and accessibility,” says VB of the collection.

Bringing everything together were the refined beauty looks created by VB’s close friends Ken Pavés and Lisa Eldridge. Below, VB chats with VOGUE Poland for their December cover shoot video.
